Real Estate Tax
Real Estate Tax Bills for the second half of 2007 should be mailed on June 5, 2008.
The second half 2007 Real Estate Tax due date is July 9, 2008.
Payments received after that date will be assessed a statutory late payment penalty of 5% for the first 10 ten days after the due date. The full 10% penalty will be assessed thereafter.
Real Estate taxes are available for viewing by clicking the Real Estate Search link located under Online Tools.
Manufactured Home Tax
The second half 2008 Manufactured Home Tax due date is July 31, 2008.
Payments received after that date will be assessed a statutory late payment penalty of 5% for the first 10 ten days after the due date. The full 10% penalty will be assessed thereafter.

Personal Property Tax
Personal Property tax is a tax for all tangible property used by a business conducted for profit, gain or income.
The Personal Property Tax due date is September 20, 2008 for Tax Year 2008.
